While we have no minimums in our shop, we can offer better pricing on bulk orders. For standard embroidery, the bulk order minimum is 48 Richardson brand hats.

Some decoration styles require a higher minimum.

TURNAROUND TIME

Many variables play a part in how long your order will take. Bulk orders are usually 3-6 weeks out, however we'll give you a much more precise quote for your specific order.

Your quote will include current turnaround times.

PRICING

Bulk ordering is the best way to save money on hats. The quantity and decoration type will affect your pricing. Once your quote is approved, we require full up-front payment on all bulk orders.

Decoration options

Direct embroidery, puff embroidery, leather patches, woven patches, sublimated patches, rubber patches, faux leather patches, woven or leather clip patches, applique, and more.

SAMPLES

We are unable to provide physical samples for bulk orders, however you will receive a mock-up to approve before any production is started on your order. We want you to be totally happy so there will be no surprises!

Q: Do I need to pick 48+ of the same hat? 

A: We can do a mix of colors and styles however all the decoration has to be the same for bulk pricing.

Q: Can I pick any brand for bulk ordering discounts?
A: No, we have a partnership with Richardson Sports. The only hats we offer bulk order discounts on are Richardson caps.
